Hot Stones:  Hot Stone Therapy is a specialty therapy, the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

 

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing:  The bowls are made with the highest quality quartz crystals, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by the crystsl bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing and meditation. May have profound effects on the organs, tissues, and cells, circulatory, endocrine, and metabolic systems. May reduce stress, and bring harmony back into the body and soul.
